The flower racemes of this medium sized, stemless cultivar are reminiscent of the colours of a ripe mango – reddish/orange to orangy/yellow.
The plant has a compact rosette of greyish green leaves and produces multiple inflorescences during winter. It is a truly colourful addition to any landscape or garden and it will do well in a pot or container. After a few years Mango Mix can produce a bountiful flower display. Like other winter flowering aloes this hybrid loves a sunny spot in soil with lots of compost added. Keep soil moist but not wet after planting.
