Medium-sized, short stemmed cultivar with ferox-like red racemes. Flowering from late autumn through winter, this grey-green-leaved plant is an excellent pot and garden subject. Its manageable size and twin, branched inflorescences makes it particularly suited to smaller gardens as well as for spectacular group plantings. If the thought of a ferox style plant and flower at a fraction of the size sounds appealing, this is what you are looking for.
There are occasional stem shoots, and our recommendation is to remove them when they appear.
Best recorded flowering performance from a single rosette: 3 inflorescences wit a total of 10 racemes.
